Department: Member Events and Activities Department

Position Summary: The Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Member Events and Activities Department and assisting with all Member Events and Children’s Activities. This position will also provide support to the Director of Publicity and assist with member service.
General Purpose: This position will provide support to Westchester Country Club’s Publicity - Member Events and Activities Department
Position Responsibilities
• Help develop and run children’s activities and implement new programs
• Assist on all events, and take charge of some events at both
our Main Club and Beach Club
• Organize and execute photography of events and sports
• Have a significant role in the design and maintenance of database containing sensitive and confidential information
• Assist with general office filing
• Complete purchase orders
• Take inventory of and complete orders for office materials
• Assist with website design and maintenance
• Maintain a positive and professional presence when interacting with members and guests
Essential Skills
• Mac proficient
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
• Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly and positive energy
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong team player
