ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring for a seasonal Beach Club Cooks to join our Beach Club Food & Beverage team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing food items across Beach Club outlets in accordance with Club standards and recipes.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Beach Club Cook must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Beach Club Chef, including but not limited to:

  • Collect food and beverage products and small wares required for item preparation
  • Prepare food items according to standard recipes
  • Handle leftover food items as instructed by Beach Club Chef
  • Return soiled food preparation utensils and small ware items to proper areas
  • Assure cleanliness and sanitation of all Snack Bar/Ice Cream Shop/preparation/serving equipment at all times
  • Assure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned work stations at all times
  • Consistently utilize safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Provide support to team members, assisting when necessary to ensure Member and guest orders/requests are received and processed in a timely fashion


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Prior experience in a kitchen setting strongly preferred
  • Must have ability to follow standard recipes
  • Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members, and guests
  • Must be customer service minded
  • Must possess the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays and special events as needed


PAY RANGE

$16.00-18.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
