Part-Time Front Desk Agent

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for managing the front office desk over and respond to all members’ requests and emergencies. Duties include supporting the housekeeping department, checking guests in / out and respond to all incoming calls.

SUMMARY REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support the department on checking Members/Guest in or out, taking reservations by phone, give driving directions to Club.
  • Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests’ needs
  • Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues. Make reservations or appointments for guests who want to avail themselves of local entertainment or services
  • Answer main line phone calls to ensure the them properly.
  • Provide information regarding activities and events conducted at the Club
  • Maintain constant communication with guests in advance of weddings, corporate retreats and other in-house events to ensure we’re prepared for them
  • Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately
  • Support the department on checking Members/Guest in or out, taking reservations by phone, give driving directions to Club.
